Ignite is seeking driven, detail-oriented Experimentation & Test Engineers to join our team supporting ASA(ALT) modernization initiatives at multiple ASCC headquarters, including Wiesbaden, Germany; Vincenza, Italy; Honolulu, HI; and Ft. Bragg, NC. Positions are on-site. Job Requirements Position Overview Lead planning and execution of operational demonstrations and technology experiments within Army theaters. This role works with operational units, engineers, and acquisition stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies under realistic conditions and produce recommendations for capability improvement and transition. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate operational demonstrations and experimentation events.
  • Develop test objectives, evaluation criteria, and data collection plans.
  • Integrate emerging technologies into exercises and field events.
  • Analyze results and provide recommendations on technology maturity.
  • Document lessons learned and operational feedback. Required Qualifications
Experience:
15 years (SME), 10 years (Senior)
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
    • Engineering or technical background supporting DoD systems or technology development.
    • Experience planning or executing technology demonstrations and/or test events.
    • Ability to coordinate technical activities with operational stakeholders.
    Clearance:
    Secret Desired Qualifications
    • DAWIA Engineering certification and/or similar industry certification
    • Experience supporting Army test organizations or operational experimentation.
    • Background in developmental or operational test.
    • Background in rapid capability development or technology demonstrations.

      Expected Travel:
      25% field demonstrations and exercises expected
