job summary: Our Client, an industry-leading high accuracy pressure sensors manufacturer, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer in Fremont, CA. You will need an Engineering BS and 3+ years of high-volume MEMS/sensor experience. 10% travel. Apply Today!

FREMONT, California job type: Permanent salary: $94,000 - 125,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead the design, validation, and continuous improvement of MEMS pressure sensor assembly processes, including wire bonding, die attach, and encapsulation for both prototype and production builds.

Drive product yield enhancements and production efficiency by applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Develop and implement state-of-the-art tooling, fixtures, and automated equipment solutions to support highly scalable and reliable manufacturing.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to conceptualize flexible assembly platforms, optimize workstation layouts using ergonomic principles, and produce clear technical documentation.

Perform hands-on engineering work in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment and support global operations as required.
