You will have the autonomy to develop, optimize, and sustain the automated wire bonding processes that power deepwater exploration, aerospace defense, and pharmaceutical research. You ll be the bridge between design and production, working hands-on with top-tier equipment (like Palomar, Hesse, or K&S) and mentoring talented technicians.
