We are looking for Manufacturing Engineer to support our manufacturing operation.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Drawing updates in Solidworks for drawing revisions, redlines, hand drawings to digital, solid models, product development, etc. Acceptance test procedures develop new ATP's / update the current existing ATP's. Document implementation, Engineering orders, and Drawings. Tooling/fixture Design, Repair, Modification, improvements, etc. For production/repair departments Rapid prototyping for extremely cost-effective tooling on short notice. (3D printing parts in-house to have within hours) Pre-existing Tooling reverse engineering, inadequate or missing documentation. New test equipment systems (ex. pressure test stands) Engineering support for DWG/Doc clarification (Clarify dimensions, specifications, tolerance stack up) 3D part data requests for suppliers or in-house (3D CAD model accuracy verification, modification, and refinement for manufacturing use). Travel for supplier witness testing, process evaluation, part verification, setup verification. Existing process evaluation, amount of steps, equipment used, refinement to eliminate or improve the process. Preventative Maintenance on equipment tools. Update PM log. IPC solder training and Certification and workmanship

Solidworks Stress analysis for product design/development (FEA) Change control board meetings. Material Review Board meetings. Document Control Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering Minimum Years of Experience:
5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, AutoCad, or Viso. VISUAL experience preferred
