$100K - 110K + Anual Bonuses About the Role We are seeking a hands-on NPI Engineer to support the introduction of new products and ensure manufacturability from prototype through production. This role will focus on electrical harness assemblies, process development, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. The candidate must have experience on Electrical components or Aerospace Industry experience. Key Responsibilities Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype builds to full production Provide electrical engineering support for harnesses and electrical components Develop and optimize manufacturing processes (DFM), tooling, and equipment Create and maintain work instructions and standardized processes Lead process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and workflow analysis Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Sales teams Support failure analysis, material characterization, and line transfers Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and semi-automated solutions Requirements Experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering Strong knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and

ISO / AS9100
