Job Description
We are a leading provider of advanced electronic manufacturing services, specializing in high-quality PCB assembly and turnkey solutions for a wide range of industries. Our team is committed to precision, innovation, and delivering exceptional results that help our clients bring their products to life. With decades of expertise and a customer-focused approach, we pride ourselves on combining cutting-edge technology with personalized service to meet the most demanding project requirements.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a PCB Manufacturing Engineer to drive process development, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement for printed circuit board and PCBA manufacturing. The role focuses on optimizing surface mount technology (SMT) assembly and through-hole processes, improving yield and quality, and supporting new product introductions. The successful candidate will collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective manufacturing and on-time delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and optimize PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes for SMT and through-hole assembly, including stencil design, solder paste application, placement, and reflow profiles.

Perform root cause analysis for yield, reliability, and quality issues; implement corrective and preventive actions and verify effectiveness.
Collaborate with PCB designers on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to minimize production issues and cost.
Specify, evaluate, and commission production equipment and tooling such as pick-and-place, reflow ovens, wave soldering, AOI, and X-ray inspection systems.
Establish and maintain process control metrics, SPC charts, and capability studies to monitor and improve process performance.
Create and maintain process documentation: work instructions, process control plans, BOMs, and inspection criteria.
Train production personnel on processes, best practices, IPC standards, and equipment operation to maintain consistent quality.
Support supplier qualification and vendor problem resolution related to PCB fabrication and component issues.
Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to reduce scrap, cycle time, and cost.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in
Solid understanding of Surface Mount Technology (SMT), solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow profiling, and inspection methods (AOI, X-ray).Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for PCBs and reviewing Gerber/CAM files.
Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and quality systems such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis, FMEA, and corrective action implementation.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience training production staff.
Experience with process control tools (SPC), data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
