) Design and verify logic and circuit blocks for 3D NAND flash memory components. Develop and optimize microcode algorithms—read, program, erase, and power-on—for NAND flash using a proprietary instruction set and compiler tools. Define micro-architecture specifications, implement RTL in SystemVerilog, conduct static timing analysis, and drive design sign-off. Collaborate with pre-silicon verification teams to develop test plans, debug unit-level tests (ULT), and execute full-chip RTL and gate-level simulation (GLS) regressions to ensure functional and code coverage across multiple configurations and customer-specific features. Analyze pre-silicon simulations of analog and mixed-signal (AMS) circuits, and review post-silicon microprobe waveforms of word line (WL) and bit line (BL) ramps to validate performance modeling and digital-analog circuit integration. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. Master's degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related and 1 year of experience. 

Salary Range:
