Key Responsibilities Identify operational improvement opportunities through assessments and client collaboration Develop and execute detailed project plans across: Production planning & scheduling Inventory control Material flow & logistics Production control Quality systems Labor optimization Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success Partner with plant leadership, supervisors, and floor-level teams to implement sustainable process improvements Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders Help uncover additional improvement opportunities through successful project delivery What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who combines technical manufacturing expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in: Manufacturing/process improvement Inventory management Quality systems Logistics & material flow Labor optimization Strong working knowledge of: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies Total Quality Management (TQM) Proven track record of implementing successful operational improvement projects Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to build credibility with everyone from plant floor employees to executive leadership Ideal Candidate You are: Driven by results and continuous improvement Comfortable leading change inside manufacturing environments Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution A confident communicator who can influence teams and drive action Passionate about operational excellence and measurable performance gains What Success Looks Like In this role, your work will directly impact: Production efficiency Inventory accuracy Throughput and cycle time Quality performance Labor utilization Overall operational profitability If you are ready to take ownership of meaningful manufacturing improvement projects and work alongside organizations committed to operational excellence, we would love to connect with you.
