Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team and help drive continuous improvement across our production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with technicians to identify and resolve manufacturing problems Interface with customers to clarify requirements and documentation Review and Release customer provided document packages Develop Operational Method Sheets (OMS) to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality Support engineering actives such as testing, verification, modification and documentation revision updates Review and release Engineering Change Orders (ECO) Support Field Installations at customer sites Required Skills/ Abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience in a manufacturing environment Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Compensation This is a full time, non-exempt position starting at $35.00/hour
