Comp:

$130K-$140K What You'll Actually Be Doing Working directly on the manufacturing floor to improve process flow, yield, and efficiency Leading root cause investigations (CAPA, 8D, etc.) and driving issues to closure Supporting and executing process improvements with measurable impact (scrap, throughput, labor) Collaborating with operations, quality, and engineering to stabilize a fast-moving production environment Supporting change control and validation activities (as needed) What We're Looking For Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, biotech, pharma preferred) Proven track record of personally leading process improvements on the floor Strong root cause / problem-solving discipline (not just theory) Comfortable in a high-mix / changing production environment Someone who naturally spends time on the floor, not behind a desk
