What You'll Do:
- + Design, develop, integrate, and document semiconductor manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment + Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering teams to execute projects and transition processes from development to manufacturing + Develop, sustain, and monitor manufacturing processes using DOE and SPC; set up, track, and analyze SPC data to assess process stability + Perform metrology and data analysis to support wafer fabrication using standard cleanroom characterization tools + Operate and support fabrication equipment and modules (e.
What You Need:
- + Knowledge of semiconductor device processing, preferably GaN and/or InP + Experience with cleanroom fabrication processes, including wet/dry etching, metal deposition (evaporation/sputtering), and e‑beam/photolithography + Strong verbal, presentation, and technical writing skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Demonstrates high ethical standards, sound business conduct, and adherence to safe work practices + Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering with five (5) plus years of experience working in a cleanroom environment + Direct experience with Gallium Nitride or Indium Phosphide material systems is preferred •
