This role drives cross-functional projects, supports equipment implementation and validation activities, and delivers cost savings, capacity expansion, and operational improvements while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering Strong project management experience Manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment (medical device preferred) Financial and business acumen Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects Knowledge of process/equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and statistical analysis tools Responsibilities Lead engineering and capital projects for new product components, process improvements, and operational support Manage project finances including forecasts, purchase orders, capitalization, and budget tracking Develop and execute cost-savings, capacity expansion, and run-the-business initiatives Support capital equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and integration into manufacturing processes Execute
