1st Shift Job Summary Provide engineering support for electron beam manufacturing operations Lead process improvements, equipment upgrades, validations, and capital projects Collaborate with R D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to improve product quality and production efficiency Key Responsibilities Support and optimize electron beam manufacturing processes Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities Manage medium to large capital equipment projects Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues Develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures Implement process, equipment, and technology improvements Conduct statistical analysis and process performance evaluations Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements Support new product introductions and process transfers Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance Required Skills
