CNC Programming Engineer Finitetek - 5.0 Englewood, CO Job Details Full-time $90,218.94 - $120,769.04 a year 1 day ago Benefits Relocation assistance Qualifications Teamwork Tooling Revit Continuous improvement Quality improvement Full Job Description Our client is a manufacturer specializing in the design, engineering, and production of building envelope solutions, including curtain wall, storefront, and facade systems. They are seeking a CNC Programming Engineer to join their team and play a key role in translating engineering and architectural designs into efficient manufacturing processes. In this position, you will work closely with engineering, project management, and production teams to develop CNC programs, optimize manufacturing workflows, and support the successful fabrication of architectural systems. This is a highly collaborative role that combines CNC programming, CAD/CAM modeling, manufacturing engineering, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software Interpret architectural drawings, engineering documents, and project specifications Support manufacturing operations by improving workflows, tooling, and production processes Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to resolve technical questions and production challenges Assist with process improvements, standard work development, and quality initiatives Monitor project schedules, production requirements, and manufacturing efficiency Support cross-functional teams to ensure projects move smoothly from design through fabrication
Preferred Background:
Experience with curtain wall, storefront, facade, glazing, or building envelope systems CNC programming experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Experience working with
AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, CAM Plus, Driver CAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 2-5 years of relevant experience OR 5-10 years of experience in CNC programming, drafting, modeling, or manufacturing engineering The company offers comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
