Job Description:
Must Haves 2-5 years of manufacturing, production, or fabrication experience (or 5-10 years without a degree) Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production operations Ability to read architectural and structural drawings Experience developing and maintaining standard work procedures Plusses Engineering or Manufacturing degree Experience with curtain wall, ribbon wall, or storefront systems AutoCAD, Revit, or Inventor experience Background in continuous improvement or process optimization Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking to hire a Manufacturing / Programming Engineer to support daily fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will lead workflow coordination, support production teams, resolve operational issues, and ensure schedules and quality standards are met. They will track inputs and outputs, communicate progress to project teams, backfill production work as needed, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. The role includes a compensation range of $85,000-$115,000 annually , based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
