Not someone who throws around buzzwords in meetings. Not someone that hangs posters on the wall and calls it "lean." We are looking for a proven operator that builds systems that work. A leader who solves problems autonomously, drives accountability, and creates production environments where quality, speed, and efficiency are built into the process from day one. This role is responsible for ensuring our modular data center products ship on time, on budget, and with perfect quality. What Success Looks Like Drawings are fully DFM (Design for Manufacturing) ready before they ever hit the production floor. The ERP system is the source of truth — no side spreadsheets, no guessing, no excuses. Material kits arrive at the work cell before the tradespeople need them. Skilled labor stays productive because the system supports them. Quality is built into the process instead of inspected in afterward. Production lines flow smoothly with minimal waste and constant problem-solving. Employees are trained, developed, and continuously improved. Problems are attacked immediately at the root cause level. What We Are Looking For A natural-born leader with a proven track record in lean manufacturing environments. Someone that embraces ERP systems, data accuracy, and operational discipline. A hands-on leader who understands pull systems, flow, kitting, standard work, visual management, and continuous improvement. A person that can build teams that solve problems without constant supervision. Someone who understands that manufacturing excellence is not an event — it is a culture. What We Are NOT Looking For Excuse makers. Meeting-only managers. Buzzword experts without results. Leaders that blame engineering, supply chain, or production instead of fixing systems. Trade skills are not the primary requirement for this role. We are looking for elite manufacturing leadership. Someone who can build systems, train people, and create world-class execution.
