Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer NPI | Process Improvement | Tooling Design | Lean Manufacturing A growing advanced manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvement, new product introduction (NPI), tooling development, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on production performance, working across engineering, quality, and operations to launch new products, improve manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement projects. What You'll Do Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Design tooling, fixtures, gauges, and shop-floor solutions. Improve manufacturing processes, workflow, and production efficiency. Develop work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing standards. Drive DFM, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support ERP data, routings, ECO implementation, and production readiness. Partner with Quality on root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvements. Identify automation and productivity improvement opportunities. What We're Looking For 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related experience. Experience supporting production and manufacturing environments. Knowledge of NPI, process improvement, tooling, and manufacturing documentation. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes. GD&T knowledge preferred. Experience within AS9100 or
ISO 9001
