Aerospace & Defense (Customer Innovation & PMO Support) Position Summary Mott Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Engineering / Operations Intern to support our Porous Manufacturing business. This role will support both our Operations Engineering, providing hands‑on exposure to advanced manufacturing, testing, documentation, and project execution within operations. The intern will contribute to real production orders and internal projects while working closely with engineers, project managers, and operations personnel. Key Responsibilities Supporting engineering and project documentation, including standard work instructions, & process documentation Assisting the Operations Engineering team with: Basic design work for tooling and fixturing Documentation of standard practices and processes Data collection on new or improved processes Providing on‑site manufacturing and operations support, Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to work hands‑on in a manufacturing and testing environment Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) Exposure to process documentation Experience with 3D printing, lab testing, or manufacturing environments Are you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?
