job summary: Our Client, a premier precision machining partner for critical industries, is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team in-person in Manchester, CT If you have a passion for optimizing production methods and designing custom tooling, this could be your next great career move! The ideal candidate will have a solid machining background, excellent analytical skills, a working knowledge of Mastercam/SolidWorks and ERP systems, and familiarity with
ISO9001/AS9100D
standards While a degree in engineering, metallurgy, or material science and 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience are highly preferred, they are not strictly required.

MANCHESTER, Connecticut job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 105,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Enhance and optimize manufacturing workflows for both legacy and newly introduced aerospace componentsInvestigate emerging production methods and thoroughly review client requirements to guarantee exact specifications are metResolve mechanical or operational challenges on the shop floor to keep machinery and tools running efficientlyCreate custom tooling designs aimed at supporting new product rollouts and refining current operationsGenerate comprehensive engineering schematics and detailed technical operation sheets for all newly developed parts qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 8 years of experience
Education:
Bachelors skills: Manufacturing (4 years of experience is required)Process Improvement (4 years of experience is required)SolidWorks and Mastercam (4 years of experience is required)Aerospace industry exp. (4 years of experience is preferred)
