What You'll Do:
Tackle complex engineering and manufacturing challenges by developing and implementing advanced machining solutions. Contribute to project teams, represent the company on high-profile projects, and help mentor entry-level engineers. Meet critical schedules and uphold rigorous quality standards.
What You Bring:
Hands-on experience with CNC turning and milling programming, and a strong track record of machining success. Experience working with tight tolerances, g-code programming, blueprint reading, and (preferably) aerospace manufacturing. Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and quality systems. Ability to develop process documentation and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Partsmaker, Featurecam, MasterCam) highly desirable. Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Seiki, and OSP is a plus. Technical and practical approach with a passion for continuous improvement. Effective mentorship and peer communication skills. A formal engineering degree is advantageous but not required—practical machining experience is highly valued. Proficiency in English required.
