BS/MS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Experience:
5+ years in controls & automation Core Responsibilities Define technical & cost specifications for tooling and automation. Support R D, DFA, and FMEA activities; mitigate design risks. Contribute to tooling strategy, CAPEX (CER), and supplier selection . Manage suppliers for design, build, and testing of equipment. Lead design reviews, FAT/SAT, and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ, MSA) . Program & troubleshoot: PLCs (Allen Bradley) HMIs Vision Systems (Cognex) Data systems (LabVIEW) Provide training & technical support to manufacturing teams. Drive process improvements & new control technologies . Support product transfer (Pilot → Plant) . Report risks impacting timeline (TTM) or cost . " Disclaimer:
