The Role:
Lead SMT process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives Drive yield improvements, root cause investigations, and manufacturing efficiency projects Support New Product Introductions (NPI) Mentor junior engineers and progress toward an Engineering Leadership position
The Person:
Process Engineering background Background within SMT, PCB, PCBA, or electronics manufacturing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience Looking for long-term progression into engineering leadership within a growing and stable business
