Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Quality Engineer Location:

South Windsor, CT Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years of quality engineering experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing Strong expertise in special processes: thermal spray, chemical processing (plating, anodizing, passivation), and coatings Working knowledge of Nadcap requirements and audit processes Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards Proven experience leading or supporting internal, customer, and third-party audits (including Nadcap) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience) About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer (QE) with a strong background in special processes to support a high-compliance aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring adherence to Nadcap, ISO, and AS standards while driving continuous improvement across quality systems and manufacturing operations.
