Key Responsibilities + Develop basic data packages and technical justification for capital improvement projects in collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams. + Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class processes and technologies through collaboration with technical experts. + Lead process improvements to enhance yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety. + Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing and equipment issues. + Develop and execute plans for commissioning, decommissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities. + Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment. + Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and assets. + Provide technical support to operations as needed. Minimum Qualifications + BS or MS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical). + Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications + Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects. + Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment. + Strong technical problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues. + Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others in a team-based environment. + Demonstrated success influencing outcomes through collaboration, negotiation, and team leadership. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective in both self-directed and team environments. + Six Sigma certification(s) preferred. \#LI-LA1 Join our Talent Community (https://careers.qnityelectronics.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity) to stay connected with us!
