Jacksonville, Florida (Onsite) Role OverviewWe are seeking multiple Manufacturing Engineers for an opportunity supporting high-volume contact lens manufacturing operations This role involves hands-on work on the production floor, providing direct support for day-to-day manufacturing issues and driving productivity improvement initiatives The position requires working within a regulated environment focused on product safety and compliance Key ResponsibilitiesSupport high-volu, and product safety standards
Required QualificationsEducation:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
Experience:
Approximately 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or controls engineering role, supporting large-scale, high-volume production environments
Technical Skills:
A background in manufacturing or controls engineering with experience in automation and equipment troubleshooting is required Preferred QualificationsExperience in a regulated industry such as ph, or medical devicesKnowledge of plastic injection molding or metrology equipmentPMP or Lean Six Sigma certificationsMaster Molder certificationWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on role requiring the engineer to be on-site and active on the production f, demanding high accountability The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to constructively challenge processes to ensure safety and efficiency
