Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an innovative manufacturing organization to find a Manufacturing Engineer who will play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and supporting product quality initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving and driving continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Develop and refine manufacturing processes to improve product performance, efficiency, and cost Create and maintain work instructions, routing plans, and inspection/testing procedures Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and leadership teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements Design tooling, fixtures, and recommend automation opportunities to enhance production capabilities Support vendor and supplier processes to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met Apply lean manufacturing and mistake-proofing techniques to reduce defects and increase reliability What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field) 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with ERP systems and managing projects from concept through completion
