Manufacturing Engineer Asc Job Description You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Associate for the Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Associate you will be responsible for creating and implementing Manufacturing Process Plans, designing tooling, and supporting production operators. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement Manufacturing Process Plans (MPPs) for electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies. Design tooling, support equipment, and process flows using drafting and software tools. Provide technical guidance to manufacturing operators to improve assembly performance. Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields. Investigate root causes of failures/defects and drive corrective actions. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $54,900 - $96,830. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
