Job Description:
Datacenter People are currently supporting a global specialist in liquid leak detection solutions, in the search for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our client's customers across the United States. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role focused on the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and support of specialist leak detection systems used within mission-critical environments The position would suit someone with a background in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, controls, building services or related technical disciplines who enjoys hands-on customer interaction and extensive trave l. The Opportun ityYou will work with industry-leading liquid leak detection technologies, supporting customers across a variety of sectors including data centers, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and critical infrastructure environmen ts. This is a national field-based role where you will spend the majority of the working week supporting customer projects on-site throughout the US. Candidates should be comfortable travelling Monday-Friday and working away from home regula rly. We're Looking for Someone Who...Experience within HVAC, mechanical, electrical, controls or building services envir onmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience installing, testing or maintaining technical systems in th e fieldAbility to work independently and manage travel comm itmentsStrong communication and customer-facing skillsWillingness to travel extensively throughout the United States Experience within leak detection, sensing technologies, water management systems, BMS, controls, commissioning or related industries would be particularly advan tageous.
