Tallahassee | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Cell/Cathode Assembly Engineer to join an innovative organization focused on advancing next-generation energy storage technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in lithium-ion pouch cell manufacturing and cathode process development. ?? Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize cathode tape and pouch cell assembly processes Transition manual production methods to automated assembly lines Implement continuous improvement and manufacturing best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and consistency ????
