Role:

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and product quality within the durable goods manufacturing sector. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement or process optimization within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or Lean Manufacturing. Experience working in durable goods manufacturing or a similar industry. Familiarity with ERP systems and process mapping software. Project management experience with a track record of leading successful improvement initiatives. Advanced skills in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities:

Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean, Six Sigma, and other quality management tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to drive process enhancements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement projects and adjust strategies accordingly.
