Summary:

Design engineering role responsible for producing construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation for multi-family development projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Proficiency in Hydraflow or equivalent software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in Bluebeam Current EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment Preferred Skills Experience with hydrologic analyses Experience developing tree management and landscaping plans Experience developing site grading plans Experience performing earthwork calculations Experience developing erosion and sedimentation control plans Experience designing utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer systems Experience preparing permit documentation for development projects Experience supporting multi-family development projects Job Responsibilities Design and produce construction plans for multi-family development projects Prepare technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation Perform hydrologic analyses Develop tree management and landscaping plans Develop site grading plans Perform earthwork calculations Develop erosion and sedimentation control plans Develop utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design Coordinate project deliverables with stakeholders Contribute to engineering process improvements
