Midland GA (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing and process engineering workflows Lead PPAP submissions and FAI execution per aerospace standards Create and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and quality issues Support production readiness, rate readiness, and process validation Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams for launch and sustainment Ensure compliance with AS9100, drawing requirements, and GD&T Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices Required Skills Experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering Strong hands-on experience with

PPAP, FAI, PFMEA

Knowledge of AS9100, GD&T, Control Plans Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing Ability to work onsite in Midland, GA Preferred Lean / Six Sigma background Experience with root cause tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why) Familiarity with Minitab or statistical tools Manufacturing Engineer1manufactur or ppap United States
