Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Vehicle Engineer with strong mechanical design and product development experience in the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will lead vehicle component and system design from concept through production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of vehicle components and systems using PTC Creo. Translate customer and market requirements into engineering specifications. Drive product development activities from concept, validation, and release through production. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals. Own engineering releases, BOMs, DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, and technical design reviews. Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct benchmarking, value engineering, and problem-solving activities. Required Skills Bachelor''s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 7+ years of vehicle, automotive, or heavy equipment engineering experience. Strong proficiency in PTC Creo and mechanical product design. Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, GD&T, and engineering release processes. Knowledge of plastics and metal manufacturing processes. Experience with FEA analysis and engineering problem-solving methodologies. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Experience designing vehicle systems, components, or assemblies. Automotive, off-highway, military, recreational, or commercial vehicle industry experience.
