You will leverage your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive sustainable productivity gains and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive facility-wide improvement strategy, including project scheduling and budget management to ensure maximum ROI. Drive measurable improvements in key performance areas such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost by eliminating waste and optimizing workflows. Facilitate the implementation of Lean tools including Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and A3 Problem Solving to streamline operations. Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives, utilizing OEE analysis to reduce scrap and enhance overall production output. Provide technical operations support and quality engineering oversight to resolve manufacturing challenges and ensure project compliance. Design and deliver training programs to upskill leadership and staff in operational excellence methodologies. Present performance metrics and project status updates to senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing and quality process improvement. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis software. Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis methods such as 5 Why and PDCA. Preferred Skills Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity. Technical proficiency with SAP and automated manufacturing systems. Proven track record of reducing waste in complex production environments.
