This role will drive initiatives to improve production operations, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to align with long-term business strategies. Enhancing producibility, product quality, and process optimization across various engineering disciplines, including failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, process improvement, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, and tooling. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Experience with Data analysis software (MS excel, Minitab, Tableau, Matlab, etc...)

• Manufacturing/Production Experience Desired Skills:

• LSS Green Belt certification
• LSS Black Belt certification
• Project Manager certification
• 2+ years of Experience with Data analysis software (MS excel, Minitab, Tableau, Matlab, etc...)

Masters Degree Security Clearance Statement:

Work Schedules:
