CITY, Georgia job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 115,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Take ownership of significant capital projects, from initial justification through the successful implementation of new tooling and equipment.

Partner closely with a dedicated team of process technicians to execute projects and troubleshoot production issues, acting as a project leader without managing direct reports.

Develop and improve manufacturing methods for individual assembly cells, specifically focusing on brazing, stamping, bending, and fabrication.

Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, capacity, and safety across the production floor.

Develop process flows, SOPs, and work instructions for incoming equipment while performing root cause analysis to sustain high-quality manufacturing standards.
