Senior Project Engineer- Capital Projects ????Charles City, Iowa (Relocation Assistance Available) ????$140,000
- $150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Kelly Engineering is partnering with a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Project Engineer
- Capital Projects. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to lead facility and capital improvement projects while working alongside an experienced engineering team in a collaborative manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Lead capital projects involving facility upgrades, equipment installations, and manufacturing infrastructure improvements
- Develop engineering calculations, estimates, drawings, and project documentation
- Manage project budgets, schedules, purchase requisitions, and contractor activities
- Maintain vendor and contractor relationships throughout project execution
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on project prioritization and workload balancing
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering staff Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of capital project experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and vendors
- Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred
- Pharmaceutical, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting facility, utility, equipment installation, or infrastructure projects Additional Information
