$40-$42/hr. Epitec is looking for an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Davenport, IA . This is a hands?on, production?focused role supporting the Loader Cab Assembly line. It's ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving daily production issues, and working closely with operators and cross?functional teams. ? What You'll Do Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement initiatives Manage small?to?medium capital or process projects Develop work instructions, labor standards, and process flow Optimize layouts, tooling, and assembly methods Support new tools, technologies, and product changes Provide daily production troubleshooting Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Production teams ? What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Background in assembly or similar production environments Experience with quality tools, assembly processes, and tooling Familiarity with engineering/MES systems Strong communication and project leadership skills Self?driven and comfortable on the shop floor Nice?to?
