Choice of 2nd or 3rd shift hours Pay range: 35-40$ Hourly Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer plans, coordinates, and executes manufacturing engineering activities for assigned projects or processes. This role operates within a team environment supporting either the enterprise product delivery process or order fulfillment operations. At this level, work is limited in scope and performed within established guidelines. Responsibilities may include coordinating portions of work for support personnel or contractors under supervision. Key Responsibilities Support the analysis of manufacturing processes, including defining methods, process steps, and required equipment under guidance from senior engineers Assist in developing and executing feasibility testing for engineering solutions to validate designs and provide data-driven feedback Contribute to drafting and maintaining engineering standards and specifications; help evaluate their effectiveness Perform inspections under supervision to assess quality, system integrity, and compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements Provide recommendations for corrective actions or improvements based on inspection findings Coordinate activities with subcontractors and suppliers; serve as a primary point of contact within assigned scope Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives using established change management programs Assist with product development and engineering activities, including analyzing customer requirements and supporting product delivery Support project execution within defined timelines and project management plans Contribute to knowledge sharing and assist team members with utilizing systems and tools effectively Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates through ongoing learning Required Skills & Competencies Engineering Technology Engineering Design & Development Engineering Specifications & Testing Manufacturing Process Improvement Business Requirements Analysis Project Schedule Management Engineering Implementation & Build Support Technical Operations Support Health & Safety Compliance Risk Management Contract Management Costing & Budget Awareness Policy & Regulatory Understanding Reporting & Documentation Basic Negotiation Skills Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) #INDEPI #LI-NK1
