The Industrial Engineer will oversee the identification of issues hindering product flow, utilize lean principles to eliminate process bottlenecks, and decrease work in progress (WIP). Industrial Engineer:

Lead and execute lean initiatives such as 5S, standard work, visual management, pace to takt, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D to eliminate waste and enhance productivity. Drive the professional growth of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers by promoting a proactive CI culture. Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, sequences, layouts, and flow. Manage and monitor continuous improvement activities across all functional areas, including manufacturing and office settings. Create detailed plans, oversee project performance, and ensure timely completion of improvement projects and cost-saving objectives. Design equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety measures to maximize plant and manufacturing facility utilization. Oversee equipment capital expenditures, from design and vendor selection to procurement and implementation. Collaborate with Operations Manager and Site Leadership Team to develop a continuous improvement strategy for optimal performance. Enhance capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.

Education & Experience Requirements of Industrial Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Industrial Engineering degree

REQUIRED!

Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience. Proficiency in Industrial Services Data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to implement throughput improvement processes. Knowledge of LEAN principles. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills. Self-motivated with the flexibility to prioritize tasks effectively.
