Manufacturing Engineer

Description The focus of the role would be day-to-day line support and troubleshooting. Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements. Improving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Work closely with production to perform problem solving and root cause analysis. Lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing. Lead cost reductions and yield improvements. Utilize project management tools. Improve equipment capability and reliability. Identify opportunities for error proofing and implement solutions. Preferred:

• Previous experience in an operations or maintenance role
• Lean manufacturing green or black belt Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dubuque, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00
