Job Description
The Global Manufacturing Engineer provides technical consultative, tactical, and strategic support for global operations. This position works closely with the engineering product design teams to guide early-stage new product development and ensure alignment with the latest manufacturing strategies; collaborates with supply chain and world area manufacturing to coordinate a smooth manufacturing rollout of new products; and serves as a leader driving global initiatives focused on improving safety, manufacturing sustainability, efficiency, and standardization.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- + Serve as the manufacturing technical representative on new product development (NPD) teams to ensure the planned introduction aligns with the manufacturing strategy and the product is designed for manufacturability + Coordinate manufacturing planning and execution for new and existing products with world area site teams through meetings and digital collaboration tools + Serve as manufacturing approver on technical reviews and other engineering design planning meetings to provide manufacturing input for early-stage product design through final product launch + Design and develop tooling, fixtures and facilities equipment as needed to support local site manufacturing teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- + BA/BS in Business, Engineering or Operations related field or equivalent work experience. + More than 5 years of professional experience + Experience collaborating with remote teams
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- + Previous design, test or manufacturing engineering experience + Experience with instrument design and manufacturing + Excellent leadership and communication skills in a global environment + Five years related Flow Controls experience preferred + Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies + Able to work well with teams to tackle sophisticated problems + Forward thinking - ability to research and implement innovation + Ability to successfully implement process change •Our Culture & Commitment to
