Full-time | Hours may vary based on projects About the Role A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Engineer to drive high-impact initiatives across operations. This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving product quality, and leading continuous improvement efforts across multiple facilities. Responsibilities Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs Lead lean initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, A3, Value Stream Mapping) Manage engineering and process improvement projects from start to finish Conduct data analysis, root cause investigations, and performance tracking Develop and maintain SOPs, labor standards, and production systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) Support equipment implementation, process validation, and system improvements Train and coach teams on continuous improvement best practices Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related) 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement Proven experience leading lean/CI initiatives Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred Lean Six Sigma experience or certification preferred Strong communication and leadership abilities Work Environment Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and machinery Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Some travel and site visits required Why You'll Love Working Here ??
