- Contract The Role Oversee capital investments (CAPEX) for fixed assets from concept to closeout.
Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Ownership:
Lead conceptual design (ROI analysis), asset design (Value Engineering), implementation (milestones/vendor management), and final start-up/closeout.Budget & Compliance:
Control costs per Capital Investment Guidelines and ensure compliance with Our Engineering Excellence (NEE) standards (NAS, NIMT, NP 1.1-07).Tools & Tracking:
Monitor project KPIs and manage progress using MS Project, SAP-PS, and FMEA.Safety, Quality & Operations Zero Tolerance:
Enforce strict compliance with OSHA, NQS, HACCP, and safety standards.Sanitary Design:
Drive operational efficiency using our Good Hygienic Engineering (NGHE).Continuous Improvement:
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize plant operations.Qualifications & Skills Education:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related).Experience:
1-3+ years of relevant engineering experience (Project Management preferred).Skills:
Plant design, CAPEX budgeting, equipment procurement, and cross-functional leadership.Tech Stack:
AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project, Excel, SAP-PS, and NIMT.Pay:
$65.00- $70.
