job summary: Our client is seeking a driven Project Engineer to join their team in Waverly, IA. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and brings 1-3+ years of experience, ready to take ownership of impactful projects and drive success for an industry leader.
Direct all project phases, which includes ensuring positive ROI during conception, conducting Value Engineering analysis during design, and managing supplier scopes and milestones during implementation.
Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe situations while strictly maintaining compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and Good Hygienic Engineering standards.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficient operations by utilizing tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
