Manufacturing Process Engineer (CNC / Applications) ???? Kuna, Idaho (On-Site) ???? $85,000/year About the Role We're hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our CNC-focused lab environment in Kuna, Idaho. This is not a traditional production role-our work centers on solving complex machining challenges for customers across the country through process development, contract programming, and applied engineering. If you enjoy figuring out how to machine difficult parts efficiently, this is the kind of work you'll be doing every day. What You'll Do Develop and refine CNC machining processes for a wide range of applications Perform contract programming using Mastercam and/or Fusion 360 Collaborate with customers to design efficient, repeatable manufacturing strategies Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize for cycle time, tool life, and quality Run CNC equipment as needed for internal projects (fixtures, testing, prototyping) Select tooling, workholding, and cutting strategies What We're Looking For Strong CNC programming experience (Mastercam and/or Fusion 360) Familiarity with Haas and Fanuc controls Deep understanding of machining processes and problem-solving Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-production environment Self-driven and capable of working independently Why This Role is Different We're not a production shop. We operate more like a CNC lab-focused on solving problems, developing processes, and supporting customers rather than running parts all day.
