Job Description:
We're looking for an Industrial Process Engineer to drive efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, enjoys solving complex process challenges, and wants to make a measurable impact on operations. What You'll Do Optimize machine parameters, centerline settings, and production setpoints to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency Lead process improvement initiatives across changeovers, sanitation, tooling, and workflow using Lean and TPM Analyze equipment performance and CMMS (M+) data to identify trends, root causes, and reliability opportunities Improve uptime and reduce scrap through enhanced preventive maintenance strategies and spare parts planning Partner closely with Maintenance to strengthen PM programs, repair procedures, and asset health Support capital projects (Commissioning, Validation, Startup - CVS) for seamless operational integration Identify and implement automation and cost-reduction opportunities Establish OEM/vendor documentation standards to support training and long-term reliability Act as the technical liaison for OEMs , coordinating troubleshooting and service support Coach cross-functional teams to drive defect elimination and continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related engineering discipline) 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or reliability engineering Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Strong analytical skills with experience using CMMS data and performance metrics Technical proficiency with SAP, PLCs, AutoCAD (or similar), and shop floor systems Experience in food manufacturing or packaging is a plus Solid understanding of plant operations, processing, and packaging equipment Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results
