Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overvie wWe are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support a highly automated medical device manufacturing operation. This role is focused on improving equipment reliability, uptime, throughput, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across custom automation production lines The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, and a proven ability to perform root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues. This is a floor-focused role working closely with production, maintenance, technicians, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and sustain productio n.
