This role spans the full lifecycle of a major automation program—solutioning, detailed design, installation, testing, go live, and stabilization—covering AS/RS, robotics, AMRs, kitting automation, system integration, and process redesign. The engineer develops highly marketable capabilities in automation design, capital execution, safety by design, systems thinking, and change management, all aligned to LSNE standards intended for replication across the global network. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support logistics engineering for the MPNO automation transformation, including design development, capital justification, implementation planning, and on site implementation support. Collaborate cross functionally to deliver safe, practical solutions; support installation, commissioning, risk mitigation, and provide clear project updates to Engineering and Operations leadership. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BS in an Engineering-related field Minimum 5-7 years' experience is must REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Automation design and implementation Logistics process design and improvement M&E Procurement Contractor Management AutoCAD (2D drafting) Office 365 Applications (Excel, PowerPoint) DESIRED SKILLS
