In this role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and refining engineering designs across various projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Your expertise will drive the creation of efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that support our company's commitment to excellence and innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in civil, mechanical, and water systems engineering while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Develop detailed design schematics and technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Schematics tools. Perform construction management tasks including project scheduling, construction inspection, and site coordination to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Utilize GIS platforms like ArcGIS and GIS-based tools such as Land Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering data to inform system design and spatial analysis. Prepare accurate construction estimating and project management documentation to facilitate budgeting and resource planning. Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis using tools like HEC-RAS, SWMM, Hydraulics software, and Water Treatment system design principles for water and wastewater projects. Collaborate with project teams on system design for pipelines, water treatment facilities, waste management systems, and civil infrastructure projects. Prepare technical reports and documentation through technical writing to clearly communicate design concepts, project progress, and compliance standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Proven experience with project scheduling software and construction management practices. Proficiency in CAD tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation; experience with Schematics is preferred. Strong knowledge of GIS platforms such as ArcGIS; familiarity with land surveying techniques is advantageous. Experience with hydraulic modeling software like HEC-RAS or SWMM; understanding of water treatment and wastewater systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform construction estimating accurately and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear reports and documentation. Strong math skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, or system design.
